<div>Last Energy seeks a Video &amp; Multimedia Producer to lead the end-to-end creation of compelling video content that brings our mission, projects, and technical innovations to life. This role will focus primarily on owning the full production pipeline - from concept through delivery - across digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and executive communications, while also contributing to broader content initiatives.</div><br><br><h3>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities</h3><ul><div><li>Produce and direct high-quality video content for web, social, press, events, and executive presentations</li><li>Own the full production lifecycle, including concept development, scripting, storyboarding, shoot coordination, and on-site direction</li><li>Edit and finish video content for digital channels, including cuts, color, captions, graphics, sound design, and motion graphics</li><li>Develop shot lists, production schedules, and visual briefs that align with campaign goals and brand standards</li><li>Collaborate with subject-matter experts to translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging, and visually dynamic storytelling</li><li>Ensure all video content aligns with Last Energy's voice, visual identity, and regulatory requirements</li><li>Create various multimedia to support video and social media campaigns</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></div></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>2–3 years of experience in video production, digital media, or a related field</li><li>Strong command of end-to-end video production, from pre-production planning to post-production delivery</li><li>Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve</li><li>Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail across multiple concurrent projects</li><li>Ability to manage production timelines and deliverables under tight deadlines</li><li>Creative, collaborative, and adaptable working style with a strong visual sensibility</li><li>Copywriting &amp; graphic design skills are a plus</li><li>Bachelor's degree in film, media production, communications, or a related field</li><li>Based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX</li></ul><br>
