About the Job
- Support organic growth across web and the EVgo app.
- Use App Store Optimization (ASO), SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Leverage data insights to improve visibility, engagement, and user acquisition.
- Ensure EVgo’s site listings are optimized, up-to-date, and well rated across all platforms.
- Oversee updates to listings and website content to improve user experience and support conversion.
- Collaborate across teams to produce high-quality, compelling content for the EVgo website, app, blog, and social channels.
- Ensure all content aligns with EVgo’s brand voice and messaging.
- Drive initiatives to increase app reviews and ratings on iOS and Android platforms.
- Lead app-specific marketing campaigns, including App Store optimization (ASO to drive installs and engagement.
- Contribute to EVgo’s social media strategy, including content planning, posting, and community engagement.
- Monitor trends and best practices to keep EVgo’s social presence engaging and innovative.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance across channels.
- Develop insights and recommendations for optimization and communicate results to key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in product marketing, organic marketing, content creation, and social media management
- Strong knowledge of SEO, ASO, social media platforms, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Experience in a tech-based app company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create content that aligns with brand voice and values
- Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for sustainability and EV technology is a plus!
