About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, revise, and approve contracts to ensure compliance with corporate standards and legal requirements, while managing a centralized repository for contract storage and tracking.
- Develop and implement systems to track contract lifecycle dates, providing automated alerts for upcoming expirations and renewals, and collaborate with decentralized teams to maintain accurate records.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for area contract teams, providing guidance, training, and process improvements to ensure alignment with corporate contract management practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in contract management or legal operations, with a background in coordinating decentralized teams or contract processes across different business areas.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of contract law, compliance, and risk management.
- Proficiency in contract management software and lifecycle tracking systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines efficiently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence best practices.
