Reimagine What’s Possible
Ensure to comply with AP and local safety, health and environment standard, fulfill the mandatory safety requirement and activities: safety training, safety meeting, and all other requirements by AP EH&S and local regulation. Monitor the serviceability of plant equipment and facilities and ensure they adhere to safety, housekeeping and environmental requirements. Responsible for maintenance for all instrument & control , analyzer & electrical equipment . Response to maintenance requirements that could be scheduled or unscheduled/emergency jobs, on 24/7 base, prompt response to requests for assistance and putting in the time and effort to meet our customer’s expectations. To be familiar with all equipments in plants, maintain all maintenance equipments accurate documents integrity and equipment history database reachable. Provide hand-on technical skills at the troubleshooting and all related maintenance work or supporting work responsible. Perform preventive maintenance work and support to implement Mechanical Integrity work, troubleshooting, repair for all equipment. Coordinate or assist of supervision the contractor’s work in the facility or shop to guarantee safety and quality and reliability. Provide technical reports through the specified datasheet or checklist. Reporting-Time entry weekly, and assist supervisor to prepare technical reports. Coordinate maintenance matter with OP team.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Educational: Diploma or ITE (2 year or 3 year ) technical college holder in engineering discipline Working Experience: Start minimum at > 5 years and progress thereafter. Hands-on work experience is a must. Position will have experience in major shutdown support, project work, plant operations and maintenance efforts. Knowledge of vendor contracts and knowledge of shop support in the region is desirable. Attitude and passion for the work group assigned.
Working Experience required:
- The minimum working experience in a gas or petrochemical or chemical or textile/fiber industry manufacturing for the maintenance engineer/technician’s position are > 5 years hand on experience in the field , The instrument & control engineers must be familiar with all instrument/control/analyzer equipment in facilities served. For example:transmitters, switches, analyzers, programmable controllers, DCS, PLC, advance control, proximity devices, level control systems, actuator and control valve, cathode protection, detector device, critical safety system , pay-meter systems, and others, all involving a variety of fluids and specific requirements.
- Possess good oral and written communication skills, preferable in English language.
- Be honest and able to work independently as well as in a team player.
