Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and evaluate employee development plans and programs to support organisational needs such as competency development, maangement development, talent management, succession planning technical or nontechnical training, or e-learning.
- Monitor employee development and training programs, assess needs, develop new programs and modify existing programs.
- Deliver internal learning and development programs.
- Evaluate effectiveness of all learning and devlopment activites and, where necessary modify the programs to ensure that needs are fully met.
- Ensure apprentice programs are properly managed.
- Manage Educational Assistance applications.
- Co-ordinate and participate in all onbarding activites.
- Lead all aspects of the talent managment life cycle
Qualifications:
- CIPD Qualified to level five or above.
- Expereience operating in a learning and development, genberalist Human Resource role in a manufacturing / engineering environment is preferable.
- Good coaching, negotiation and mediation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- A passion for learning and development.
- Highly motivated with a contiunuos improvement mindset.
