Service Support / Service Sales Support

Responsibilities / Tasks

1. Prepare quotation and costing for customers based on internal calculation tools and price lists or internal/vendor quotations.
2. Support sales and follow up with customer via email/phone call
3. Execution spare part and field service order and on-time delivery to customers, according to relevant after sales orders
4. Manage client information via client relationship management (CRM) software
5. Maintain installed base database such as Data entry, filing duties, document control & other sales administrative tasks as and when assigned.
6. Liaise with other members of the team and support workshop admin task
7. Provide invoicing, purchase orders, shipment, clearing, delivery and monitor account receivable. (Incl. alignment with GEA Internal and external parties)
8. Monitor stock level, manage inventory and ordering
9. Prepare/support on service documentations such as reports, manual etc

Your Profile / Qualifications

•    Bachelor degree in any discipline
•    Min 1-2 years’ experience in sales support activities.
•    Good spoken and written English 
•    Commercial knowledge will be advantageous.
