The Position:
 

Join our amazing team, situated across Canada, as a Co-op Supply Chain Analyst. In this role, you’ll support the development of dashboards and reports to monitor supply chain KPIs, warehouse and vendor performance, and inventory management. You’ll work closely with internal teams to consolidate and analyze data, helping drive operational insights and improvements. Ideal for a 3rd or 4th-year student in a recognized co-op program, studying Supply Chain Management or Data Analytics.  


This position is for 16 weeks, starting September 2, 2025.


 

Job Responsibilities:
 

The key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:  

  • Build and maintain dashboards to track supply chain KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources, including inventory, warehouses, and external partners. 
  • Develop automated reporting tools using Power BI and Excel. 
  • Support data-driven decision-making by identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all reporting efforts. 
  • Collaborate with a distributed, cross-functional team across Canada.
     

 

Required Skills & Experience:
 

  • Enrolled in a registered co-op program and returning to studies after the work term.  
  • 3rd or 4th year of a post-secondary program in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or related field.  
  • Proficient in Power BI and advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, large data sets).  
  • Comfortable extracting and working with data from various systems.  
  • Understanding of core supply chain concepts and how performance metrics interconnect.  
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.  
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
