Responsibilities:

Your tasks:

  • Coordination of the recruitment process: You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, invitations and rejections.
  • Administration of the applicant tool: You will ensure that our applicant management system runs smoothly.
  • Accompanying job interviews: After your training, you will assist with interviews for interns and graduands.
  • Supporting interns and graduands: From drafting contracts and works council hearings to onboarding and offboarding processes - you are the point of contact.
  • Process optimization: You contribute your own ideas and help us to continuously improve our processes.
  • Organization of the student get-together: You will organize regular meetings and exchanges between students.
  • Insight into operational HR work: As part of our team, you will gain comprehensive insights into current projects and day-to-day HR work.

Qualifications:

Your profile:

  • Degree: You are studying economics or a comparable course of study, ideally with a focus on Human Resources.
  • Language Skills: You have a good command of written and spoken German and English.
  • Internship Duration: The internship is a mandatory part of your studies and lasts at least 5 months.

Skills required to be successful on the job:

  • You work independently, with commitment and reliability.
  • You have good comprehension skills, are a good communicator and trustworthy.
