Objectif
Le titulaire du poste sera responsable de développer et de coordonner les campagnes et supports de marketing produit, tant pour les produits/solutions existants que pour les nouveautés, en accord avec les objectifs commerciaux de Smardt.
Responsabilités
- Assister et soutenir le Directeur du marketing produit dans l’alignement de la stratégie produit avec les plans marketing
- Collaborer à l’élaboration des campagnes produit en définissant les messages clés, le public cible, ainsi que le modèle de mise en marché/lancement le plus efficace
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les unités commerciales (CBUs) pour s’assurer que les plans et priorités marketing sont mis en œuvre conformément aux indicateurs de performance (KPI) définis
- Développer du contenu marketing basé sur le portefeuille/offre de valeur incluant les concepts marketing, les messages clés et la feuille de route pour les offres identifiées
- Concevoir et produire des supports marketing spécifiques mettant en valeur les caractéristiques et avantages des produits Smardt à travers des outils clés : présentations, lancements de produits, brochures, livres blancs, études de cas, etc.
- Maintenir une compréhension à jour des caractéristiques et évolutions des produits pour garantir que les manuels contiennent les dernières informations, et que les documents de vente et techniques reflètent bien les innovations et les avantages des refroidisseurs sans huile de Smardt
- Veiller à ce que les supports marketing respectent les thèmes et lignes directrices visuelles énoncées dans les normes de la marque Smardt
Qualifications
- Diplôme ou certification en communication, relations médias ou marketing
- Une certification en design graphique serait un atout
- 3 à 4 ans d’expérience professionnelle, de préférence dans l’industrie HVAC ou les produits industriels
Compétences
- Maîtrise du design graphique avec la suite Adobe Creative Suite et les applications Microsoft Office
- Une certaine expérience avec les plateformes CRM telles que Brevo, MailChimp, Constant Contact et Salesforce
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projets
- Capacité à gérer les tâches administratives

Purpose
The incumbent will be responsible for
developing and coordinating product marketing campaigns and materials, both existing and new products/solutions in line with Smardt’s business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Assists and supports Director Product Marketing, in aligning product strategy with marketing plans.
- Collaborate and guide product campaigns and priorities with key messages, target audience, and best go-to-market model/launch process.
- Working closely with CBUs ensuring product marketing plans & priorities are being implemented per the defined KPIs.
- Develop marketing content based on portfolio/ value proposition including marketing concepts, key messages, and roadmap for identified offerings
- Conceptualize and produce specific marketing materials that highlight Smardt's product features and advantages across key assets including presentations, product launches, brochures, white papers, case studies etc.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of product features and updates to ensure manuals reflect the latest information and ensure sales packages & technical documents resonate with target audiences, showcasing the innovation and benefits of Smardt's oil-free chillers
- Make sure marketing materials follow themes & visual guidelines as mandated in Smardt brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Graduate/Certification in communications, media relations or marketing
- Would be an asset if also has a certification in graphic design
- 3-4 years of work experience, preferably in the HVAC industry or industrial products.
Skills
- Graphic Design using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Apps
- Some experience in CRM Platforms like Brevo, MailChimp, Constant Contact, and Sales Force
- Skilled Project Management tools
- Handling administrative tasks
