About the Job

As an IT Project Manager for eLIMS NG, you will be responsible for the successful deployment and roll-out of an already developed new generation version of our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) in the countries of the CEE region.

Responsibilities and duties:

Develop, maintain, and oversee comprehensive deployment project plans, ensuring that all tasks, timelines, and milestones are clearly defined, properly structured, and efficiently executed.
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, facilitating seamless collaboration between technical, operational, and business units to drive successful deployment outcomes.
Continuously monitor project progress, proactively identifying potential risks, bottlenecks, or delays, and implementing strategic mitigation plans to keep the project on track.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders by ensuring regular, transparent, and effective communication regarding project status, challenges, and key milestones.
Address stakeholder concerns in a proactive manner by providing data-driven insights, proposing viable solutions, and ensuring that deployment strategies align with overall company goals.
Drive process optimisation by identifying areas for improvement, standardising best practices, and enhancing scalability to support long-term deployment success.
Conduct thorough risk assessments at each phase of the deployment process, identifying potential obstacles and implementing well-defined contingency plans to minimise disruption.
