<div><strong>Position Overview:</strong></div><div>We’re looking for an experienced SEC Reporting Manager to lead the preparation and filing of accurate, timely SEC reports with clear, well-written disclosures. In this role, you’ll coordinate and prepare quarterly and year-end financial reports, including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, earnings releases, and related communications, while ensuring SOX controls are maintained and working closely with audit and legal teams. You’ll play a key role in keeping our external reporting process smooth and compliant, working independently but also partnering across teams in a fast-paced public-company environment.</div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Prepare and file Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, and other SEC filings, including assistance with the earnings release</li><li>Subject matter expert on US GAAP and SEC regulations for the preparation and filing of SEC reports and demonstrate a clear understanding of related authoritative literature governing financial reporting for public companies</li><li>Draft financial statements, footnotes, and MD&amp;A in compliance with SEC and GAAP requirements</li><li>Monitor new accounting standards and SEC rules; assess and implement impacts</li><li>Partner with external auditors and legal counsel on filings and disclosures</li><li>Support technical accounting research and memo preparation, such as purchase price accounting; M&amp;A transactions</li><li>Maintain disclosure controls and documentation</li><li>Support earnings releases and investor communications</li><li>Assist with XBRL tagging and filing processes</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>6–10+ years of SEC reporting and technical accounting experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements</li><li>Experience with DFIN or similar SEC reporting tools preferred</li><li>CPA strongly preferred</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage deadlines</li></ul><br><div><strong>About the Company:</strong></div><div> </div><div>Velo, Velo3D, Sapphire and Intelligent Fusion are registered trademarks of Velo3D, Inc.
