Reporting to the Sr HR Business Partner, you'll gain invaluable hands-on experience by executing core HR processes and practices for your region.</span></h2><h2><span> </span></h2><h2><span>If you're a quick learner with excellent judgment and a passion for people, this is your chance to grow professionally and contribute to a leading organization!</span></h2><h2></h2><p></p><h2><b>Implement</b><br>Implement: Handle administrative tasks and, when ready, provide support to various HR<br>functions as directed, and provide support for assigned client groups with regard interpreting<br>and adherence to HR processes, employee relations/legal.</h2><h2></h2><h2></h2><h2><br><b>Job Duties</b><br>● Update and maintain employee records and HR databases (MyWorkday), ensuring<br>employee profiles are accurate and up to date.<br>● Generate and summarize assigned reports including but not limited to new hire/termination<br>reports, employee details, Wage Analysis, Labour Relations, Legal Invoices and other<br>Workday reports.<br>● Prepare employee Reference Letters/Letters of Employment as requested.<br>● Assist in the acquisition process through onboarding and training.<br>● Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve minor HR issues.</h2><h2>Participate in conversations, site-level initiatives, and reporting activities that allow the<br>HR team to assess, understand and improve employee engagement and retention, as<br>well as working to reduce employee turnover.<br>● Follow-up and conduct exit interviews.<br>● Advise managers on the basic/general interpretation and administration of HR policies,<br>programs, and procedures, including benefits and RRSP/DPSP guidance, Workday<br>support and employee onboarding.<br>● Support operations with any internal employee changes such as preparing job change<br>letters as per the offer letter matrix and inputting into Workday.<br>● Maintain the master immigration tracker with updates to ensure real-time accuracy of<br>case statuses, and legal requirements.<br>● Monitor all work permit expiration dates and coordinate with employees to obtain the<br>updated documentation (Work Permit &amp; SIN)<br>● Ensure compliance with all applicable provincial laws and regulations, as well as<br>company policies, procedures, and management directives.<br>● Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the HR leader.</h2><h2></h2><p></p><h2></h2><h2><b>Requirements</b><br>● Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field of study.<br>● Preferred 1-2 years’ experience in a Human Resources Administrator/Coordinator<br>capacity.<br>● Understanding and working knowledge of current provincial employment standards<br>● Experience working in a dynamic operational environment; comfortable with the need<br>to re-prioritize tasks when required.<br>● High attention to detail and a proven record of project execution.<br>● Customer-focused attitude, with elevated level of professionalism.<br>● A project management mindset.<br>● Demonstrated ability to collaborate within the organization by building and leveraging<br>professional working relationships.<br>● Driver’s License is required.<br>● Occasional Travel may required.</h2><p><br><br> </p><p>We thank you for your interest.
