POSITION SUMMARYThe Treasury Analyst will support the organization’s regional treasury operations, including cash and liquidity management, banking operations, foreign exchange (FX) processes, and treasury reporting. The role involves close coordination with internal finance teams, and cross-functional stakeholders across multiple geographies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCash &amp; Liquidity Management<ul><li>Monitor daily cash positions across global subsidiaries and multiple currencies.</li><li>Support short-term cash forecasting and liquidity planning.</li><li>Assist in optimizing cash utilization and intercompany funding requirements.</li></ul>Payments &amp; Banking Operations<ul><li>Execute and monitor domestic and international payments through SWIFT, RTGS, ACH, SEPA, and wire transfer systems.</li><li>Ensure timely processing, tracking, and reconciliation of payments.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and banks to resolve payment-related issues.</li></ul>Foreign Exchange (FX) Operations<ul><li>Assist in FX exposure identification and mapping across entities.</li><li>Support execution, settlement, and monitoring of FX transactions.</li><li>Track mark-to-market (MTM) valuations and FX deal settlements.</li><li>Maintain FX deal documentation and trackers.</li></ul>Bank Account &amp; Compliance Support<ul><li>Assist in bank account openings, closures, and maintenance globally.</li><li>Support KYC, FATCA/CRS, and other regulatory or compliance documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with banks and internal compliance teams to ensure timely renewals and updates.</li></ul>Digital Banking &amp; Systems<ul><li>Maintain and administer digital banking platforms, including user access, entitlements, and security controls.</li><li>Support System integrations and daily treasury system activities (SAP).</li></ul>Intercompany &amp; Funding Activities<ul><li>Support intercompany funding, loan documentation, and settlements.</li><li>Assist with interest calculations, postings, and confirmations.</li><li>Coordinate with accounting teams for reconciliation and reporting.</li></ul>Reporting, Controls &amp; Audit Support<ul><li>Prepare and maintain monthly treasury MIS, including cash flow reports, liquidity dashboards, and FX trackers.</li><li>Support internal and external audits related to treasury activities.</li><li>Assist with SOX / ICFR compliance, documentation of controls, and process improvements.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; CompetenciesTechnical Skills (good to have)<ul><li>Treasury operations and global cash management</li><li>Cross-border and domestic payment processing</li><li>FX / Forex fundamentals and settlement processes</li><li>Banking documentation and regulatory compliance</li><li>ERP / Treasury Management Systems (SAP– preferred)</li><li>Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic financial modeling)</li></ul>Behavioral &amp; Professional Skills<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li><li>High attention to details and data accuracy</li><li>Effective communication and coordination skills</li><li>Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across geographies</li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced global environment</li></ul>We are the world’s largest hydrogen producer with over 80 years of industrial gas experience.
