If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team! Take YOUR part in #EnergySmart! You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:<ul><li>Ensuring smooth procedures of hiring and support of personnel (managing documentation, communication with future and new employees, etc.);</li><li>Initiating, implementing, and executing the creation and harmonization of PL/LV/EE processes abroad according to the LT standard, as well as their continuous improvement and digitalization;</li><li>Participating in RPA, AI, HCM v.2 and other projects. Performing system testing after implemented changes in the PL/LV/EE areas;</li><li>Working with HR documents in English on the daily basis;</li><li>Administrating changes related to organizational structure that are necessary to achieve or implement the strategy</li><li>Developing, reviewing HRA processes with a view to automating them, making them more efficient and improving the employee experience</li></ul>
