We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.</p><p>We are looking for an HR Administrator to join us this summer, with the potential of extending on a part-time basis during fall. You'll be joining a top talent team of ambitious, creative, kind-hearted people who challenge conventional thinking, think big, and aim for zero.</p><h3>You will</h3><ul><li>Support our global HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.</li><li>Document, update and maintain employee data in relevant systems. </li><li>Support the global HR team with on- and offboarding, payroll administration, internships, and more.</li><li>Manage special summer projects in areas such as Employee Handbook, AI/automation, GDPR, Compliance, and Benefits.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Written and verbal fluency in English &amp; Swedish</li><li>Currently studying within relevant academic field at University </li><li>Plan to graduate university between June 2027 and June 2028</li><li>Interest in working in a fast-paced and international environment</li><li>Open to work flexible working hours to support our global team</li></ul><p>This position is a part-time role, averaging approximately 16 hours per week with a flexible schedule. During the summer months (June-July), we offer a minimum of 4 weeks full-time work as well as continuous part-time work for the remaining weeks. The position is based in Stockholm.
