Project EngineerResponsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Proactive customer visit developing long term relationship with full awareness and accountability of its business, looking for new business's opportunities (service solutions).</li><li>Develop the service sales strategy to ensure our objectives and ambitions for the next coming years.</li><li>Identifying, developing and closing opportunities for service projects business in in the beverage (alcoholic, non-alcoholic), dairy, home &amp; personal care, and liquid food industries in the cluster.</li><li>Finding new ways and providing the best customer experiences.</li><li>Operate in partnership with team of New Machines sales engineers to identify “up-sell” and “cross-sell” opportunities to maximize revenue and improve overall customer experience.</li><li>To manage individual day to day activities with responsibility for multiple product groups / application to ensure consistent approach and optimized performance.</li><li>Coordinate service sales planning, forecasting and reporting.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>University degree in one of the engineering and/or processes fields (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, etc.).</li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years as service project sales engineer.</li><li>Minimum English level: B2</li><li>Strong technical knowledge in industries as dairy, beverage, liquid food, home and personal care.</li><li>Service Experience, customer management, empathy and sense of urgency.</li><li>Proven understanding in the after sales businesses, customer relationship management and market development.</li><li>Familiarity with GEA service offerings and local market requirements of different customer groups (Valuable).</li><li>Excellent communicator, written and verbal, able to work with individuals (internal and external) across a wide range of levels, functions, brands and cultures.</li><li>Prioritizes customer needs, establishes effective relationships with customers as well as internal stakeholders.</li><li>American Visa (desirable)</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
