The ideal candidate will have strong testing, troubleshooting, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across production, engineering, and customer support teams.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform final inspection and testing of finished products prior to shipment or release</li><li>Conduct visual, functional, mechanical, and electrical testing in accordance with established procedures</li><li>Verify products meet quality standards, specifications, and acceptance criteria</li><li>Receive, inspect, log, and evaluate incoming products and components</li><li>Diagnose failures, identify nonconformances, and document findings accurately</li><li>Determine appropriate disposition of materials, including pass, fail, rework, repair, or scrap</li><li>Support Engineering in root cause investigations related to product failures, customer complaints, and returns</li><li>Maintain accurate quality records, test reports, and system transactions</li><li>Confirm repaired or reworked items meet quality requirements before release</li><li>Maintain test equipment, measuring devices, and fixtures in safe and proper working condition</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product and process quality issues</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects and return rates</li><li>Comply with all company safety, quality, and operational policies and procedures</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification preferred</li><li>2+ years of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing testing, and final inspection</li><li>Experience performing product testing and inspection in a manufacturing or technical environment</li><li>Ability to read and interpret work instructions, technical documents, drawings, and specifications</li><li>Familiarity with measuring tools, inspection devices, and basic test equipment</li><li>Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills</li><li>Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry systems</li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>4+ years of experience with end-of-line or final product testing</li><li>Knowledge of nonconformance reporting, CAPA, and root cause analysis methods</li><li>Familiarity with ISO-based quality systems (ISO13485)</li><li>Experience with electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical products</li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during the workday</li><li>Ability to lift and move products/materials up to 50 pounds</li><li>Ability to use hands and fingers to operate tools, instruments, and test equipment</li><li>Visual ability to inspect parts, read labels, and review documentation</li></ul>Work Environment:<ul><li>Manufacturing and warehouse</li><li>Will require use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as directed</li><li>Exposure to production equipment, test stations, and returned materials</li></ul>The estimated pay range for this position is $24/hr. to $28/hr.. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location.
