You will play a key role in transforming how we deliver learning experiences across the organization by working on cutting-edge educational infrastructure projects, working closely with our Sr. L&amp;D Architect. As part of our mission to drive Mission 30 through Learning &amp; Growth, you will support the development and optimization of our learning technology ecosystem - from VR/AR solutions to AI-powered performance support systems, helping us bring learning into the flow of work for 18,000+ employees and external customers worldwide.Responsibilities / TasksAs Intern you will be working on:Learning Infrastructure &amp; Technology<ul><li>Implementation and optimization of our learning infrastructure architecture (e.g. LMS, Performance Support Platforms, VR/AR systems, Authoring tools, SharePoint, MS CoPilot)</li><li>Assist in piloting and rolling out innovative learning technologies including Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), Digital Coach, and AI-powered learning solutions</li><li>Help document and standardize processes for new learning platforms and tools</li><li>Support the integration of learning systems</li></ul>Project Support<ul><li>Support ongoing innovation projects including: </li><li>Assist with project documentation, stakeholder communication, and progress tracking</li><li>Help coordinate between Academy teams, IT, and business stakeholders</li><li>Help create documentation and training materials for Academy team members</li><li>Contribute to research on emerging learning technologies and best practices</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>You are studying Educational Technology, Learning Sciences, IT/Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field</li><li>You have a strong interest in digital learning, learning experience design, or educational innovation</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Very good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint</li><li>Experience or strong interest in learning technologies, educational platforms and knowledge management</li><li>Familiarity with data analysis tools or willingness to learn (e.g., Power BI, Excel Analytics)</li><li>Basic understanding of system integrations and digital workflows (advantage)</li></ul>Knowledge &amp; Experience<ul><li>Interest in emerging technologies such as VR/AR, AI, or performance support systems</li><li>Understanding of learning theories, instructional design, or adult education principles (advantage)</li><li>Experience with Learning Management Systems or educational platforms (advantage)</li><li>Some knowledge of project management methodologies (advantage)</li></ul>Personal Competencies<ul><li>You are self-propelling, a team player, responsible, and with attention to detail</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities</li><li>You quickly grasp new concepts and enjoy exploring new technologies</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across international teams</li><li>Proactive mindset with ability to take initiative</li></ul>Languages<ul><li>Fluent in English (written and spoken) - essential</li><li>Dutch language skills are an advantage</li></ul>Our Offer:<ul><li>An attractive compensation that reflects your contribution</li><li>The opportunity to be part of a large, international organization with plenty of opportunities</li><li>Relevant hands-on work experience in a professional and dynamic environment</li><li>Guidance and the space to further develop your skills</li><li>The possibility to grow within the organization after completing your studies</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
