About the Job
Mission principale :
Optimiser l'efficacité et l'impact des équipes en charge des appels commerciaux entrants, de la gestion des leads et des appels sortants (renouvellement / cross-sell). Vous serez garant(e) de la montée en performance des équipes, de la cohérence du discours commercial, et de l'amélioration continue des process.
Responsabilités clés :
- Pilotage opérationnel des activités commerciales :
- Suivi de la performance des équipes en charge des leads entrants et appels sortants
- Animation des rituels commerciaux : daily, weekly, bilans de campagne
- Mise en place de routines de feedback et d’amélioration continue
- Optimisation des processus & outils :
- Analyse des parcours de traitement des leads (prise en charge, réactivité, conversion)
- Recommandations et déploiement d’actions pour améliorer la fluidité, la qualité de traitement et les taux de conversion
- Coordination avec les équipes Data, Opérations ou IT pour faire évoluer les process et outils
- Coaching & accompagnement des équipes :
- Écoute active des appels pour identification des leviers de progression
- Coaching individuel et collectif sur le discours, l’argumentaire, la posture
- Mise à jour régulière des scripts ou trames d’appel, en fonction des retours terrain
- Suivi de la performance & reporting :
- Définition des KPIs de performance (conversion, rétention, productivité)
- Analyse hebdomadaire/mensuelle des données avec recommandations concrètes
- Mise en lumière des best practices pour favoriser l’effet "copy & scale"
