<img src="https://workablehr.s3.amazonaws.com/uploads/photos/128656/a20397d05aa54e4cd1e9b9e32368c554.png" style="width:761px;height:auto;">Skeleton is looking for a driven and detail-orientedHardware Engineerto join our Product Development department.You will design and develop reliable, cost-effective electronics solutions that meet system, safety, manufacturability, and customer requirements throughout the full product development lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities include:<ul><li> Define electronics functionality, requirements, and concepts based on system and customer needs. </li><li> Ensure compliance with standards, safety, reliability, and cost targets. </li><li> Perform risk, reliability, and redundancy analyses (FMEA, FTA). </li><li> Design schematics, PCB layouts, wiring, and connections for mass production. </li><li> Select components and conduct simulations, testing, and validation activities. </li><li> Support manufacturability, testing, and production documentation (DFM/DFT). </li><li> Maintain electronics documentation, test specifications, and technical reports. </li><li> Drive product improvements based on testing, customer feedback, and industry trends. </li><li> Define end-of-line production test requirements for modules and systems.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Embedded Systems. </li><li> 2+ years’ experience in electronics design for series production products. </li><li> Hands-on experience with industrialization, DFM/DFT, and production testing. </li><li> Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering teams. </li><li> Strong skills in schematic design, PCB layout, simulation, prototyping, and testing. </li><li> Proficiency with Altium Designer or similar ECAD tools. </li><li> Experience with LTspice, Matlab, or similar simulation tools. </li><li> Good reporting, basic data analysis, and MS Office skills. </li><li> Strong English communication skills. </li><li> Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset.</li></ul>BenefitsWe're not just about energy storage.
