Join TOMRA Collection as our Office Manager at our modern St Leonard’s office. Reporting to the Head of P&O, you will be a key support to our Australian Leadership Team.

Additionally, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office, managing administrative tasks, and facilitating effective communication within the Australian team. This role is vital in fostering a productive and enjoyable work environment, contributing to the overall culture and success of the organization.
Some additional may include (But not limited to):
- Providing administrative support to Leadership Team, including document preparation, complex diary management, meeting coordination and general administrative duties
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the Leadership Team priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
- Partner with HR on the organisation of events andto maintain office policies as necessary
- Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Managing a variety of special projects as required
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Responsible for creating PowerPoint slides and making presentations
